I called this company on a Friday at 10 a.m. because my garage door had just broken and I couldn't get my car out. Brigitte, the customer service representative I spoke to, did everything she could to find someone who could come to my house that same day (that is, before the weekend began). An employee, Tommy, agreed to extend his work week to come and help me out. He was kind, competent, and even took the time to give me some tips on maintaining my door mechanism. This company deserves its five stars and I recommend it 100%. Thank you to this great team!
